VOLUNTEERS WELCOMED!

Hope United In Giving, "HUG", welcomes all crafters who want to volunteer! We set our goal at 12 of each item we create for the caregivers. If you wish to donate handmade items, respond below and include an email contact.

We are setting high goals for 2010! It will be a busy year, unfortunately, with so much going on in Iraq and Afghanistan. As more soldiers return with TBI's, there will be more caregivers that need our support and recognition.

"HUG" PAISLEY TOTE BAGS (REVERSIBLE) HANDMADE BY ANITA SPEARS

Anita Spears, with help from her mother, Marjorie Conner, made 12 HUG Reversible Paisley Tote Bags for the Caregivers at a VA Polytrauma Hospital. These totes were filled with the following donated items:

Bath Scrunchy
Hand Sanitizer
Comb
Playing Cards
Shower Cap
Bandages
Manicure Kit
Tooth Brush with Protector

These were sent on December 16, 2009 by Fed Ex. The shipping cost was paid by CPL Systems.
